The room was very large and quiet. The breakfast was good but not as good as some other less expensive hotels I've been at lately. Hotel itself could use a little updating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My mother and I had rooms here for one night, and thank goodness it was just a night. Both of our rooms smelled!!! Mine was an overpowering smell of body odor (and running the fan did not help at all), my mom's room was a combination of body odor and an overly sweet smell (perfume?). The pillows (not the pillowcases) also smelled. The shower pressure was good, and the scrambled eggs were good - that's it. If you're thinking of saving some money and/or points by going off the beaten path of I-95 - don't do it. And yes, we did tell the front desk person when we checked out. This Fairfield Inn is owned and operated by SREE Hotels - I am NOT impressed. Marriott should be embarrassed.

They key cards werent working so we had to be escorted to our rooms every time we needed in. Was kind of a pain...had to wait for someone to return from escorting one room before we could get in our room.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years but this will be the last. It's not awful but is in need of an update and maintenance.

When I checked into my room I found that it hadn't been cleaned since the last stay. The proprietor was very polite and gave me a larger room right away. However I found that the AC unit would not operate properly, either refusing to turn on or not actually cooling the room. I tossed and turned all night, sweating on the mediocre mattress because the room was too warm. Not the biggest deal but it sucks to lose a night of sleep when on a business trip.

Room was dirty, phone didn’t work, lamp shades were broken, there were brown stains on fold out couch mateess and an old soap bar in the shower

The staff was very nice and helpful when needed. The breakfast was continually filled and had good options. However, there was a good amount of mold in our bathroom. It also looks like there was damage in the bathroom and it was poorly fixed. There was also a white splatter all over the bathroom wall.
