Great hotel, staff were friendly and loved the ale house bar. One thing that could be improved is the Lift speed, it is painfully slow! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

Lovely stay, great accommodation with friendly staff in a very pleasant location that is situated close to visitor attractions.

The weekend break we had was lovely. The venue was ideal and so many for the town and cathedral. Our room was very comfortable and spacious however there was a used tissue in between the beds, a old key card left on the side and a bow tie left from a previous occupant, I presume the night before. A little more attention to detail on the cleanliness side would be good but it did not spoil our lovely weekend and will be staying here again in the future

Beautiful decor, very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good each day. The outside space and grounds were lovely. 5 minutes walk into town. Only one issue was at check in where the lady receptionist was not very welcoming or helpful. The manager however rectified the issue quickly and was very helpful and professional. Overall would definitely recommend

House repairs forced me to find a hotel for the weekend. I’m so glad I did. I’m a wheelchair user and need a wetroom which are usually to hard. The Ripon Inn is a real Gem! Daniel at reception was so helpful and arranged an accessible room for two nights. Lovely and spacious, great wetroom and the bed was so comfortable. Everything you need including hairdryer and ironing board. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is self service but discrete help there if needed. Food was beautifully cooked and fresh fruit, pastries and excellent coffee available. Dinner was also excellent. Service was efficient without being obtrusive and the tables were cleaned well. This will be the restaurant we use for family celebrations now. It even has its own pub the Ale House and areas you can hire for celebrations. The grounds and outside seating are very elegant. A gate through to the Ripon Spa gardens is worth a wander through. We will be staying at this hotel chain in other locations now. Thankyou for doing such a brilliant conversion of this hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cleanliness was 10/10 and very good value for money. I would highly recommend to others.

Lovely hotel and grounds, great room. Very clean. Unfortunately hotel is let down with its breakfast, nobody to welcome you on first day, poor service, tables not being cleared and cleaned. Staff rather abrupt, the food was actually very tasty but was presented in a poor fashion. All the staff seemed to be interested in was getting your room number and trying to get you to take up the free drinks in exchange for the room not being cleaned. Would expect better for the price of the stay.

The hotel was brilliant the grounds are very well maintained and the staff were really friendly and welcoming the room was great with a view of the garden, food was fantastic service was mint. We have stayed at a few of the inn collection hotels and this is the best buy far . Would definitely go again . Thank you for the unforgettable experience . Mark and Julie
