Good location and comfortable stay in hassan but breakfast was not good, we could see roaches and insects. Need to ***age better hygiene

Food was good, cleanliness and hospitality was good. But the cot was creaking and the mattress was uncomfortable. Didn't get a good sleep.

Rooms are good, neat, clean and hygienic. Room service and the restaurant also good. We have booked for 2 adults + 2 kids through make my trip but as per hotel they received only for 2 adults and extra bed was not included. Recommended to verify with hotel before check in.

We stayed for one night and the stay was comfortable. Staff was supportive, rooms and hotel was clean and they maintained good hygiene. They have a pure veg restaurant inside and a chat counter outside. We took the complementary breakfast and fount it really good.
