Every time I come here, for more than a year now, I suddenly can no longer stay in the room in the middle of my stay. The cards are deactivated. You come back from work and you can no longer stay in your room. They give a cheap excuse that I'm holding the cards against the cell phone, but that's not true. Then they say every time that it is the system. Every time again. Haven't had anyone look at that system for over a year? And if you book a late checkout until 3:00 PM. Don't think that you can still stay in your room after 12 noon. If you ask to speak to the manager, they do not want to do what is necessary.

The hotel was in the middle of maintenance.
sent me reminders about my upcoming stay, none of which mentioned the entrance and reception was closed so we wandered around in the dark trying to get in. they put little to no effort into overcoming the issues around maintenance work & met several guests wandering round wondering where things were and how to get to things. oh and a light fitting fell off, but I couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of complaining.

Receptionist did not understand Dutch. Friendliness left much to be desired.
No double bed as requested. Bathroom not tidy and when you take a shower, everything is flooded through an opening under the shower wall.
Breakfast was very decent, but the staff clearly walked around against their thoughts.
We were entitled to a free drink, but we did not receive this.
The roof top bar was very pleasant and the service was friendly. I expect more from a Radisson.

Were in the hotel with family while waiting to go to the Schlagerfestival. Reception at the hotel was warm, friendly staff. Room was excellent, in perfect condition. Breakfast was fantastic. Had a truly wonderful stay.

I had a room with 2 single beds but I could barely fit in the bed and the duvet was so small would fall off and the pillows are not the best
