Les Sorbiers

Très beau site, agréable et très calme seul bémol, pas d'eau à la douche le matin. On nous a dit que l'installation était trop ancienne. Dommage il faudrait peut être refaire des travaux afin d'améliorer ce seul point noir. Florence et Franck

Beautiful surroundings, immersed in the valley and all its fauna and flora! Super friendly bar staff! Minus point: unfortunately the general hygiene, from rooms to bar. Use everything in a bit of a spring cleaning. Very unfortunate because it is a beautiful bar.

This is the fifth time we have come to Les Sorbiers and nothing but happiness every time. Exceptional setting, friendly staff and good food are always there. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

A disastrous stay. I had booked a room for 3 days for work. I chose this hotel because in the photos it seemed to be a quiet place. Before arriving at the hotel I received a call informing me of a water problem which apparently could be resolved during the day but that a room was also reserved in another nearby hotel if the repair was not possible. is not possible. As the problem was not resolved in the evening, I agreed to repack my bags and leave for the new hotel. In this hotel it is not possible to have lunch except a cold plate of cold meats. I accept so as not to waste any more time. the next day, because of the arrival of 150 people, I was told that the restaurant was also closed at noon but I could eat in my room. I accept again but I expect the meal to be brought to the room. Well no, I had to go get it myself from the kitchen. I moved once again to return to the hotel “Le sorbiers” because I was told that the repair had been done. I go to my room and... freezing cold because the heating was not on due to an oversight according to an employee. The water in the drip is cold. I am given a small electric heater which heats the room a little but not the bathroom. Imagine the situation. A gentleman tells me that all these inconveniences will be taken into account when I leave, but when it comes to paying there is no question of it. On the contrary, I received an unpleasant response, accusing me of having culpably left the room an hour late. Result: I couldn't finish my work, I suffered hell between moves, cold and meal problems because of their incompetence. A group of young people who contradict themselves all the time and always attached to their cell phones who only care about winning and not about the well-being of customers. Your turn to judge. Enjoyed the peace, the neat room, the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff in this beautifully and artistically renovated building. The location is unique, completely away from all the hustle and bustle. Just what you need to get back to yourself.

It was a wonderful experience to stay here, beautiful garden where we could enjoy the flute orchestra of the birds. From this hotel we visited Dinant and Namur. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location.
