The room was over powered by the smell of mold. It was filthy and very sketchy. I went to front desk where i was told no refunds after check in. I did not stay in the room. Tried to cancel online but was unsuccessful.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PEOPLE TO THIS PLACE AT ANY COST

The property is old and a little run down. But the rates are low. the new owner is very professional and I am sure he will get the place looking good in no time. I'll keep coming back

Although the hotel is older and could use some renovation, we were really comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. I did place a request for a smoke free room due to an allergy. Staff was very friendly. Overall we chose this hotel for location to the fairgrounds. The price was great and we would definitely stay there again !

I sometimes use this hotel because is cheap, there was no rooms and they hosted me in midlands lodge hasting, the room was better than hasting

Having stayed at this location over many years. The newest owners are working to revitalize and renovate, i found my stay pleasant and staff was personable and friendly. I will book again

It was a rustic experience. The TV did not work, the A/C did not work. The weather was perfect to just open the windows. I had a radio along so i just listened to it. The bed was good, I slept very well. I went to grab a coffee in the lobby, filled up my cup. As I left the office I took a pull off of it. The coffee was cold & a day old. I had a difficult time closing the windows before I left, but got them closed. The experience was not all bad, I got a great night's rest. The price was right.

The sheets had blood on them. The room was dirty. We went to the front desk and they were rude and said we couldn't get reimbursed. DON'T STAY HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
