We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, the suite was clean, and the breakfast had a better selection than expected. The suite came fully stocked with everything we needed. The room had dish soap and other items that we've found lacking at other suites. We'll now be looking for TownePlace Suites.

Central location, newer hotel in Belleville. Recognized my Titanium status with welcome gift, room was consistent with the Townplace experience. Everything in the room worked great. Nice variety at breakfast and everything was fresh. Gym was tiny, nice pool. Recommended hotel for Belleville and Marriott Bonvoy members!

Hot tub jets did not work.
A hot or jacuzzi is there for people to relax,
regenerate.
This one,jets did not work asked maintenance guy...he says...it is what it is.

I just reached one hour before checking in time and won’t allow me to check in. Usually I know they don’t mind if customer reached before check in time. And she was so rough too. I don’t even stay there just because of her attitude and behaviour she was just ready to cancelled my reservation I feel like she was pushing me to cancel my reservation although they 13 room left even though she didn’t allow me one hour prior check in even I request her give me any kind of toon doesn't matter she refused!! I left building very disappointed. I waisted my time and money never ever suggests any one to go there!!!!!

Absolutely the only place I'd ever stay in Belleville. This property ticks off all the boxes. A highly professional operation. Courteous, classy, clean. By contrast the Belleville Hampton Inn was unbelievably rude. The Holiday Inn was filthy. The only thing that needs improving at Towne Place is the gym needs to be expanded with proper equipment. Otherwise I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in the city.
