Wonderful welcoming quirky stylish B&B right on the seafront. Easy walks to local pubs restaurants shops and old town. Tony & Kate were fantastic hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Ruby’s Rooms is a little gem I will be returning for sure.

Stayed one night. Cute place. Owners super helpful and friendly. Stylish, clean and right on sea front. You need to choose breakfast the night before and cooked option additional charge. Would recommend for couples or group of friends.

Ruby's rooms sits directly opposite the sea, overlooking the waves. There is lots of facilities and some huge rooms. We wanted to accommodate 4 people, which they gave us 2 rooms! One was a normal bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom, and in the other room there is a small kitchen area, a massive window that looks straight into the sea, three comfy armchairs and a pull out be (very comfy.) The facilities include: A kettle A microwave A mini fridge A bathroom Soap Drinking water (from a tap) A shared lounge with a beatifu view Breakfast (or a hot meal for an extra £5 (recommended)) *Several Arcades a vinicular up a hill a pier go karting Ice cream stalls with candyfloss Iceland* all nearby. A special shout out to Tony who was charming and helpful during our stay

We stayed overnight. Room 5 faces the seafront, glorious sunshine beaming into the room. Very centrally located for both Warrior Square in St Leonard’s and Hastings. Superb service from booking to stay. Tony was so helpful and flexible a great host, cooked us a fab breakfast, gave late checkout. Bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch (you have to pay but still a good move). Nice artwork and decor. Clean, tidy and helpful. Would totally recommend. Cheers guys!

Stayed here 4 nights and loved the whole experience. The rooms are quirky but comfortable. What really makes this place is the hospitality. Kate is a lovely friendly hostess and Tony cannot do enough to help. Will definitely be back.

Clean and lovely rooms with a magnificent view of the sea. Hastings is a stone’s throw away and so is St. Leonard’s High Street. Tasty breakfast cooked by the friendly owners themselves. More than a hotel, it is also an art gallery. Highly recommended for solo, group or family travels!

Very clean, service was really good and the location is very central - we had a nice sea view from the attic studio. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hastings or St Leonards

What an amazing guest house from start to finish was amazing family of 4 stayed at ruby’s room Friday until Sunday we had a family room the room is clean and well decorated with lots of space the property has a garden area was ideal as we are smokers so to nip out for a cigarette was nice Tony who greeted us on our arrival what a pleasant man and thank you for a lovely breakfast I would highly recommend this place is close to hasting Pier with a short walk to Hastings town and attraction the property sits on the beach front just all round a fantastic place and will definitely be returning with and without the kids thank you very much Aiden and family

Couldn't have been more helpful....Tony carried my really heavy bag upstairs and even got up extra early to make me some breakfast when I had to leave before the official breakfast hour. He came with me to show me where to park for free, and brought me some proper milk in a jug to have a late night cup of tea when I got back. This really is a lovely, clean, friendly hotel.....and extremely reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!
