We stayed at this hotel/B&B for two nights in June and there is hardly anything that could be criticized concerning our stay. The owners were very friendly and were also kind enough to allow a friend to drop off some welcome presents for us in our room, so that we had the funny surprise of our friend sending us a real picture of our room per WhatsApp even before we arrived! Breakfast was good, the size of the family room we had was decent. The windows didn't shut quite firmly so that morning traffic is noticeable but with earplugs not a big problem. We knew that there was not hotel parking and that public parking outside the hotel came with a fee. However, the information we received at the hotel was not quite precise so that I had to figure out myself that I had to park on the other side of the street to get the fairly decent rate. There is, however, one thing that I must warn other guests about (for unfortunately the owner hadn't warned me, for which I had to pay dearly ...): Along the street the marking of residential and public parking is not quite clear (and there are parking meters everywhere so that you'd assume that everything is public pay-and-display parking). Obviously it wasn't/isn't and I had to pay the price for it. So in this context it would have been kind (and I'd say one of the duties of the hotel staff/owners) to point out to guests that they must watch out for that trap. Anyway, the hotel is quite nice and you just have to watch out to avoid extra costs incurred by parking fines ...
