The hotel's location offers views of Wat Mongkol Theparam, making both sunrise and sunset quite picturesque. The room hygiene is excellent, and the corridors are clean too. Amenities like the air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator are all good, though a hairdryer, toothbrush, and toothpaste are missing. The hotel is situated outside the main market area, but the city streets are well-lit and feel very safe. The only downside is the lack of walkable restaurants nearby, though there's a very popular dessert shop close by. A 500 baht deposit is required at check-in. The earliest check-out is 7 AM local time; the manager will inspect the room and return the cash deposit if everything is fine, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides bottled water in glass bottles, but it has a slightly bitter taste. I didn't experience any issues after drinking it, but it's probably better to bring your own water as there's no kettle in the room. Overall, the room's amenities are decent, and the view gets full marks! 💯

The room was spacious and clean. The location is a bit far from restaurants and attractions. However, if you have your own transport, it's not an issue.

Look how huge this room is. It is a budget friendly hotel I can find in Hat Yai. We rent a bike and thank goodness the hotel have free parking downstairs.

Location 15min walk to Kim Yong and Lee Garden market, which suitable for SongKran and daily meal / purchase. No main traffic around of hotel enable quiet and clean atmosphere for rest. Front desk host is helpful, Stable and fast Wifi Speed with room card to access lift for safety. 2 bottle of water ,changeable with housekeeper when needed with no extra charge, as long as not bringing out or lost/broken. Water supply and pressure is stable, with heater for bath. Window toward east bright and warm on day.

All about service & room is good and satisfied. It just feel uncomfortable looking for 1 mini house for worshipping just in front of the lobby door. Also 2 more in the waiting room. Which both space are very close/near. Unproffesional having all 3 in the lobby. while we wait in the waiting room 2 staff eating at the table with a lot of towel & cover mattress all around.
