Merry Holmes Resort Hatyai

Had a great stay at Merry Holmes Hatyai. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes from Lee Garden. The place is spacious and very suitable for big families. We also enjoyed the private pool, and the buggy service to the room was very convenient. Will definitely come back agai

Very disappointing stay. The villa service and maintenance are terrible. Despite multiple complaints, the room was not cleaned daily and the bed was not made up. The floor was dirty, there was no toilet paper, and drinking water was never refilled. Housekeeping also failed to replace any bath towels or hand towels. To make it worse, the main entrance door cannot be locked (serious safety issue), and the basin pipe is not working properly. Management was informed several times but no action was taken. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend staying here.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Merry Holmes Resort Hatyai. The resort has its own unique charm and a very comfortable environment. All the facilities provided were complete and well-maintained, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Most importantly, my children absolutely loved this place. There is something special about the resort that made it fun and relaxing for the whole family. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Merry Holmes Resort Hatyai to families looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.
