Very friendly staff, always there help to carry luggage, on the lift or any help you needed. Hard to find dustbin in the hotel area, staff are so friendly immediately help us for throwing rubbish

I was given the impression as this is the best hotel you could get in the city, location is near night market, but hotel really needs a facelift or massive renovation, the whole interior looks more like a property not gone thru any upgrading for over 20 years.

Very Good, Vey Convenient, Lee Garden Night market is just outside of the Hotel. Walking distance to Kim Yong Market and Hat Yai Junction Train Station.

Front desk service was excellent. Accomodating late Check out. Didnt try halal hotel food because its Central location offered so many other halal food options! Basic toiletries were provided and shower water pressure was powerful. Sejadah and qibla direction available in room. Easy access to ample free parking inside the building.

This hotel is very strategic, right in front of Lee Garden hotel and the street market surrounding it. The room is nice and clean, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also included with the room and they have a good variety of breakfast menus. The thing which amazed me was they are willing to take a separate order to cater for vegetarian without an extra charge. So far, it was a memorable and good stay for my mum and me and I will definitely come back here again โบ๏ธ

We got there early at 9 a.m. on our arrival day, and the reception staff were so kindโthey checked to see if a room was ready for our early check-in. Every staff member we met during our stay was super polite and friendly. The location is also super convenient, with food spots and the market just a short walk away. It was such a great experience! My 8-year-old son had an amazing time, and weโll definitely be back again.

The hotel is right in front of the Lee night market, thus very convenient for us to go down and shop and eat at night.
Althought the building is old, the hotel is clean. The toilet flush system in my room seems a bit slow.. need to flush a few times..
Other than that, I have peaceful sleep during my 3 nights stay there.
