The Cleanliness was exceptional, and the food was best in the town. We stayed at their diplomatic suite which had one separate living area and one separate room with two washrooms. It was very spacious and very good. Would visit again and I will Recommend it to others as well.

This hotel would be a three star in most places, but in Hyderabad it’s an oasis and gets a four star from me. Check in prompt. Every member of staff at all times stopped what they were doing to great me or help me. I had a huge clean room. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet, barring the ticking noise of the clock on the wall, which tissue paper in the ears solved. While it did take a while to get hot water, patience was rewarded by piping hot water. WIFI worked well. The Pakistani breakfast buffet was very good, especially the halwa which was a treat.

As part of a tour in Pakistan organized by Clio, I spent the night of November 17, 2022 in this hotel and occupied room 323. The hotel seems rather new and the welcome is pleasant. The room I occupied is large, with a large bed, a desk and a chair, two armchairs, a coffee table. A small screened-in loggia overlooks a filthy building and a street that looks like a garbage dump (which it is). There is no decoration. The room is noisy because of a huge, very polluting generator, which is located just behind the hotel and which tries to compensate for the numerous electricity cuts. The bathroom is ok with a sink, WV and bathtub. Big problem, there is only one towel. In terms of equipment, the room has a safe, a minibar, air conditioning, and a television (without any international channels). Wifi works everywhere. Bottled water is provided as the water is not drinkable. The comfort of the bed is average, but the most annoying thing is the noise. The dinner is okay, nothing more. The breakfast is Pakistani, which is to say frugal for a Westerner who is not used to chili at breakfast.

Travelled with a brazalian couple we stayed a night here , while hotel is centrally located, Rooms are standard but clean , lounge and dinning area was spacious, the hotel has electricity issues back up generator takes time to start, parking area is small, the check in process is slow and the manager is a rude guy The real problem we faced when we were asked for NOC for foreigners , i being in the local tourism knew the tourism policy and i counter questioned the managfer at reception that as per the law foreigners do not require NOC to stay in your hotel , but he was presisitent when i asked him show me a official document where it is written only then he asked me to give our details to the local police , i have seen at the hotel foreigners are being asked unlawfully to take a police escort again which is not required as per the law, in my personel experiece if you argue your case strongly with latest tourism policy in your mobile it would work

Arrived after a long drive on a hot June day. Parking in the lot was the first nightmare. Long wait to checkin. Request for a electric kettle was accepted, but kettle never arrived. Power kept going off in room. Turned out there was a problem particular to the room. Three different passwords were given for the wifi and was a problem to connect

Everything about this hotel is bad: old plumbing, outdated furniture in the room. At night the sound of a running generator under the window made it difficult to sleep. At the gym, the treadmills were malfunctioning: turning off after a few minutes of operation. It was impossible to dine in the hotel restaurant: the tables were only on the street and a cloud of flies flew over them!!! How is this possible???

Awful experience. Today is my third day and no one has come to clean my room, no toilet paper in toilet. When I checked in, there were no towels. I had to call 3 times and pay a visit to the reception to get towels after 2 hours. No hot water in taps. A very disappointing experience
