The room was not cleaned well and dust was noticeable. The buffet venue was impossible. You could grill seafood at your own seat, but the smoke was so strong that it felt like there was a fire. Visibility was poor and the smell of smoke got on my clothes. I had to take a bath again. The ventilation was terrible, but the taste was not bad, so it was a shame. I think there is clearly a shortage of staff.

I was disappointed to see spider webs clearly visible on the ceiling. The entrance to the room was also blocked by the door, so I couldn't put my shoes down. It was nice to be able to see the torii gate from the window, and the price was reasonable, but I wish the room had been cleaned more thoroughly.

Very large hotel in a strategic position to visit Miyajima, 10 minutes walk from the ferry landing and 5 from the famous Torii on the water. The room was very large (much larger than average) and had a very nice little veranda with a beautiful view of the garden, furthermore the hotel offers various services including the onsen and the laundry. It would be a beautiful resort but being a little dated it would need a refresh, especially the mat at the entrance where you take off your shoes which had a terrible smell. Friendly staff but they don't speak English very well except for one gentleman who however doesn't take care of the check in.

Well, we had booked with a sea view, non-smoking, and a view of the Tori. It was a room where all the drainage pipes ran through and where they had the heating and air conditioning machines installed. The noise was unbearable at night. They shouldn't rent that room. I had to unplug the fridge because it was too loud. The guy was very nice, but where they placed us was horrible. Room 301. Don't give that room to anyone. We asked to change rooms. They told us no. The price we paid for one night is a crime and a scam.
