My room was not clean, like the common areas. Mold and hair in the bathroom. Breakfast plentiful but of average quality. Friendly staff in perfect Japanese style

The place is very old and a bit on the moldy side. The dinner and lunch buffet is great. Room is pretty big. The location is pretty good. You can walk to the temple in about 10 minutes.

I stayed alone, but I think this is a great place to stay with family and friends! The room was quite big and comfortable, with views to the mountain. The experience in this hotel was lovely from the moment I stepped in. Nice instrumental music was playing in the lobby and the receptionist are very friendly and attentive. You also get to wear a yukata and traditional shoes for free. The breakfast included was very diverse and delicious!

The food was very average and, as a consequence, comparatively speaking, overpriced, not to mention that I was charged over ￥1,000 more than told when I phoned to inquire. The pool and hot springs are nice, but I would have preferred not to have had to listen to the music piped through to both locations. My room was spacious and clean but alas, one of the blinds was completely broken and missing almost all of the slats which compromised my privacy and made the room really light early in the morning. Maybe corona has been hard on them and replacing blinds is expensive, the pool sun umbrellas were also mouldy and torn, I hope they can replace them all soon. The staff were very friendly but maybe could not really speak any English.

It is a little far from the ferry, but the scenery is nice, and each room can take a hot spring bath. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with a wide variety. Next time I will stay in its chain hotel.

This was my second stay. The service and location were both great and I was very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Miyajima. Thank you!

This is the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan so many times. Be cautious when booking this hotel. Whoever books this hotel will regret it. 1. The service attitude of foreigners at the front desk is very unfriendly. They have a sullen face and only speak once. If they ask more than two questions in English, they will become impatient. The service attitude of the Japanese waiters will be better, but there is still a gap between the service of other hotels. 2. There are blood stains, hair, and unknown stains on the mattress, and the hygiene of the bathroom and the room itself is worrying. It is difficult to imagine that this is in Japan. 3. The lighting in the room is very poor. The photos taken from the room when checking out at noon are as follows. This is when the mobile phone has automatic strong fill light. Without the lights on, it's almost pitch black 4. When checking out, I was fined more than 1,000 yen because I checked out 40 minutes late (checked out at 11 a.m.). Everyone in Japan accepts check-out overtime. The key is that when checking in, there is no reminder about check-out at 11 o'clock and overtime fines, which leads to misunderstandings among guests. There are other B&Bs at this price in Miyajima that can be substituted. This price coupled with this service (no service at all, the beds are made by yourself) and hygiene are really not worth it. Remember to avoid pitfalls.

The hotel is unique and novel. The facilities are a bit old, especially the sink and toilet. There are few sockets and lights in the room. The breakfast is the most satisfactory, with salmon and tuna sashimi, udon and soba noodles, ice cream, and many kinds of fruits. When you enter the hotel lobby, you have to take off your shoes and change into hotel slippers. There is a whole wall of cabinets for shoes on the side, and each room has a cabinet. Slippers are worn throughout the hotel, and you enter the room barefoot. It is difficult to communicate with Japanese staff, but foreign waiters can communicate smoothly in English.

It was very good. Correspondence of staff was kind, too. If you go sightseeing in Miyajima, this hotel is recommended.

The location of the hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, which is generally convenient. The high-rise sea view rooms in the hotel have a good view, and the facilities in the hotel are complete, especially the hot spring ♨️ to relieve the fatigue of the day. It would be better if the room and bedding could be cleaner.

The food at the buffet is average, the service is not great, but the price is really affordable. The 80m2 hotel room has a private bath, which is very cost-effective

Excellent experience at the resort. The staff is attentive, we were able to drop off the luggage before check-in. The room is clean and very pretty. The buffet for dinner and breakfast is complete. There are swimming pools, spa, baths, etc… to relax. Bonus, you can borrow yukatas.

Dinner buffet is good. Can eat enough. There is a queue to get food. You have to make your own bed in a Japanese-style room, which is a bit tiring.

The location of the hotel is OK, not far from the commercial street Miyajima Omotesando, and it takes about 10 minutes to go to the shrine. The suite I booked is big enough and has a private soup. The pool is made of stone, it should be the kind with good thermal insulation performance. Frequently used areas such as toilets, washstands, and beds are in good hygiene and meet Japanese standards. However, places that are not commonly used such as the coffee box and the top of the refrigerator are not good, and a lot of dust has accumulated. The most extreme thing is the sliding door of the shower room, which cannot be opened after being closed, and the engineering staff has been tossing for a long time. We later realized that the one on the top of the refrigerator was not the suction cup, the kind used to hold the glass and pull it up. Knowing that the glass door is broken, I would rather prepare a suction cup than replace it. The hotel is understaffed, and it is actually not easy for the front desk staff to serve as restaurant waiters during meal times. In addition, the hotel's breakfast and dinner are self-service, and the food is quite ordinary. There are many restaurants outside, so it is not necessary to order one meal and two meals.
