電話対応や、送迎はとてもよかったのですが、チャット、メール、前日、当日、現地、と食事確認したのに、食事を間違われ、カキ料理が出てこなかった。食事中メニュー表が違いましたと交換、、あれ？と思ったら楽しみにしていたカキフライの２名分が来ないまま終了。５名のうち３名は牡蠣以外といってただけなのに全部代替えに。戦争を経験した両親が楽しみにしていた旅行だけに残念でした。また部屋には臭むしが布団から２匹出て、料理にはコバエが乗ってたり、山なので仕方ない、、と寛容に思いつつ、あり合えませんでした。最大は布団が薄く、枕が高く、車イスの母も高齢のちちも寝苦しい一夜になり寝不足に。
送迎のかたはとてもよかったです。

予約を取ってからの数日、予定を組むのにわからない事をその都度連絡しては丁寧にお返事が頂けてほんとに助かりました。短時間ではありましたが満足のいく宿で楽しい旅行になりました(^^)
フェリー乗り場からの送迎も宿から厳島神社も参道も満足でした。有難う御座いました(^^)

這家屬於比較偏僻的，就在水族館斜對面，好在島也不大。晚餐很豐盛，有牡蠣鍋。晚餐後散步去看看神社夜景，天上很多星星夏季大三角肉眼可見。這家的湯池不錯，洗完身上挺滑溜。住一晚還是時間緊張，因為島上酒店基本都是16點入住、10點退房，不趕時間的話可以住兩晚。意外驚喜是在大堂裏看到蝴蝶忍哈哈

厳島神社まで出歩くのも楽しかったです。お食事は我が家は良く食べる一家だったので少し物足りなかったです。普通の方ならちょうど良い量かもしれません。フェリー乗り降り場からホテルまでは結構距離があります。小学校高学年くらいからなら商店街で食べ歩きしながらホテルへ徒歩は可能ですが、小さな子には
少しシンドイと思います。

ロケーションは良いところでしたが宮島桟橋からかなり離れているので送迎車がないと不便だなと思っていましたが、ホテルの方から案内された通り、フェリーに乗る前に連絡しておいたら、到着した時には待っていてくださってありがたかったです。
道も狭く、慣れた人しか運転できないような道で往復とも送迎車のお世話になりました。ホテルの方のアドバイスが適切でロープウェイも水族館も予定通り楽しめました。
部屋のトイレの臭いがやや気になりましたが、部屋の空調は快適でしたし、大浴場の温泉も綺麗でした。

中心から少し離れた静かなエリアですが、フェリーターミナルまでお迎えに来て下さるので楽に移動が出来ました。またスタッフの皆さんが親切で、水族館や循環バスの情報などを教えて下さり、下調べをしていなかったので助かりました。お部屋に置いて下っていた和菓子が美味しくて、早速お土産に買っちゃいました！お料理も量が多く美味しかったです！
