InTown Suites Extended Stay Hattiesburg

Everything was brand new, but, common areas, hallways, stairs and also the elevator, everything was really dirt. I saw a guy make piss outside of his room in the first floor, that was really nasty. The lady in the front desk Kendra, was really kind and gentle.

This property was dirty and was not staffed with people who would be available to assist a customer. We had trouble getting checked in because they have one elevator and it is small. We had to make several trips. Check out was worse. The key card stopped working at 10:30. So we had to track someone down to let us get all of our belongings out of the room. We brought down one load and we could not get back in to get the rest. When we asked what happened they told us it just how it works. There was also broken glass in the hall. Cleaning people just walked past it several times.

This wasn't anything like photos showed. I knew it wasn't going to be good but it was terrible. Staff was very friendly and great.

No room available

the hotel was overbooked i never saw a room, and they didnt do anything to assist me in finding another place to stay, just said "can't help you"

I picked this place because it's a long term stay place and I travel for work. I AM a NIGHT WORKER so I sleep during the day. I TOLD the front desk this upon check in, hoping no one would disturb me. I booked this room for 6 nights. Days 1-4 I was woke up EVERYDAY by staff here. First for "safety checks", house keeping several times and a "fire drill". I can understand the fire drill but I told them that I didn't want to be disturbed! I got so frustrated with being woke up thatbI decided it wasn't worth trying to sleep here so nights 4 and 5 when I got off work I decided to make a many hours back home just to be able to sleep without rude people waking me up. The bed was uncomfortable, place is loud by people outside and doors slamming shut. The room wasn't very clean.

my daughter and i had stayed here because we could not stay in my house until it was fixed ,well we went there because paying nightly at other motels was expensive so we decided to go there because it had a kitchen and hat was a mistake because they was rude and ugly..Everytime i left i was locked out when i got back and the office closes at 9 so u have to go to a housekeeper to get her to let u in your room...She was so rude she didnt want to come out and let me in my room so i sit in my car for 2 hours after getting ,y daughter from work.the next morning was the same thing but she got real ugly with me and told me she couldnt keep letting me in my room that i had to leave my door open and i didnt get to finish my stay and they made me pay deposit i never got back and not to mention ****** because she referred to me as that white woman.
