Service was great.
I did have a bug in my room. That made me uneasy. It was a roach.

Everything was great, but two pieces of feedback:
-my room smelled very artificially floral, almost like perfume had been sprayed excessively.
-I had four pillows, but all were very solid, woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Offering soft and firm pillows would be nice.

Room had a terrible stale smell, whole room seemed to be damp from humidity, room for 3 only had 1very small chair a large person can’t use, 1small office desk chair. Shower holder was adjustable but worn out and the shower spray could only go to the very bottom or has to be jammed all the way at the top. Handicap rooms should be close to elevator and not the furthest away from it.

There were hair strands in the tub and on the bed. A sock from a previous guest was left on the floor next to the trash can. The top linen/duvet cover was NOT clean. I stayed at this same hotel 1 year ago and while it was not the best accommodation ever then, I'm pretty sure I won't ever return.

Our stay was amazing! This hotel is minutes away from shopping, good restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are spacious, queen beds are comfy, the continental breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, muffins, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit, sausage and eggs. I will definitely stay again.
