Don't expect high service from this hotel. The hotel consists of two buildings (old and new buildings), when you check in from the front desk you will only be shown the direction where to go, the rest of the quest you will have to go through on your own with your luggage without anyone’s help, which is a little annoying after a long journey. The rooms are worn out, the comfort is only enough for a short stay at this hotel. The service staff in the restaurant, bars and smoking room are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the very center of old Havana, most attractions are within walking distance, which is very pleasing.
