The facility is a GEM. The areas are beautiful, especially the green areas that are kept in excellent cleanliness, the trees with their names and orchid plants on their trunks (blooming before the season) that provide a fantastic landscape. The cleanliness of all parts of the facility is impeccable, with a superhuman effort to keep them that way due to the constant rains typical of this season. The treatment at the reception (from the moment one enters) is very professional, providing a friendly and affectionate welcome. The service of the waitresses is fantastic and personalized with each guest. The gastronomy is excellent (despite the lack of supplies from the country itself), very well prepared dishes with an exquisite presentation. A VERY SPECIAL RECOGNITION FOR THE HEAD CHEF (I don't know his name), but in my opinion he is one of those workers that are not easily found, with a treatment that there are no words to describe and who are people (workers in food services) who are in danger of extinction. My most sincere RECOGNITION for him. The hotel has a river and a luxurious pier. The pool (despite the daily rains, which are known to affect the water) is kept crystal clear. I dare say that, both in size and cleanliness, it is the best pool of all the hotels in Cuba. The rooms are super comfortable and admirably clean. In short, a stay at this hotel is one of those fantastic experiences that one never forgets. It is incredible to see and experience how, with so few resources, they manage to provide such a high-quality and EXCELLENT service. My congratulations to the entire staff at this hotel and my most sincere thanks for making my stay so pleasant that I will never forget.

Wonderful place. We were there in January for a day trip and the experience was good. The pool is very clean, as are the bathrooms. There was food and drink at a good price and the service was excellent. There wasn't much variety but everything we tried was delicious. The pool entertainment was great, there was music for all tastes throughout the stay. I recommend it for families and friends.

I went to stay from August 21 to 25. Fatal, they didn't offer anything fancy, the pool was dirty. The power went out every 4 hours. Food and lunch were super expensive. And very few options to eat. I don't recommend them at all. They didn't clean my room one day of the 3 I was there xd. Except for the friendliness of the workers, it was the only good experience I had. Everything else in general was lousy. Never go again.

My name is Asley Ruiz, on March 20, 2022 I visited the Las Yagrumas hotel with the intention of buying some pool covers to spend the day with my family. The cover was already sold out and they couldn't sell me anything, then I went to the snack bar to buy some products and a person named Yunetsys Pedraja Geli who occupies the position of Head of technical services of the hotel approached and indicated the person who was helping me that I couldn't buy anything because I wasn't a hotel guest. I went to the folder and reserved a room, I went and showed this person who was already a hotel guest, that I was going to buy some products and the same Head of technical services with extreme arrogance told me that I was only going to buy what it touched me. As if I could define how much I or my family could consume. Terrible experience. I don't understand what this person knows about customer service. Apparently nothing, as I already mentioned a terrible experience. That is the image that these types of people leave of these places. On the other hand, the service staff is excellent.
