Our travel agent booked us here, then we started to be apprehensive given other reviews in Trip Advisor. We, however, were very pleased with our stay! The beds and pillows were great! We never had trouble with anything but a lovely temperature shower. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs as were the staff in the lobby - Michael in particular was VERY helpful throughout our stay. WiFi was only available in the lobby, but since we weren't expecting any, we were pleased. There is 24-hour security.

One the most terrible hotel in Havana. It has a bad service, hotel stuff every time wants to lie guests. All furniture are old, rooms are dirty. Definitely it’s not a 4 stars, it’s something about 2 stars rate

Es un hotel de muy buen servicio y calidad. la acogida del personal es muy buena. Un hotel con atributos especiales y ambiente agradable. Volveré y lo recomiendo a todos!!!! La Habana te espera y disfrutarla en un lugar así es mucho mejor!

Un hotel espectacular, le han realizado mejoras muy importantes en todas sus áreas, muy cómodo, la comida deliciosa y el servicio el mejor de todos, su ubicación en todo parque central era lo mejor por que podíamos salir a cualquier hora y disfrutar del corazón de Cuba, a solo 2 cuadras del capitolio y el teatro Alonso. Repetiria sin problema este hotel! Muchas gracias

Funcionários muito atenciosos, ótimo café da manhã, ótimos quartos e uma ótima localização. Porém não tem Internet nos quartos. Eu fui muito bem atendido. O hotel é um clássico; voltaria com certeza.

Hall d’ingresso bellissima. Si tratta di un hotel storico, probabilmente un tempo era anche un luogo particolarmente lussuoso. Oggi è totalmente decaduto, le stanze sono vecchie, piccole, umide e buie. Asciugamani trovati sporchi, i corridoi in alcune parti dell’hotel sono persino in una sorta di “ristrutturazione perenne” (Ovvero sono distrutti come se ci fossero dei lavori in corso ma nessuno effettivamente ci lavora) In generale l’hotel è sporco (tranne nella hall) Posizione ottima

O Hotel é antigo, charmoso e a localização excelente! Perto de diversos pontos turísticos de Havana! Os quartos são amplos , porém a internet é limitada, passando um tempo de cortesia, será necessário pagar para usá-la O café da manhã está incluído

Ediliciamente es precioso, muy muy viejo pero el lobby y el bar es precioso al igual que la terraza. Habitación enorme el aire funcionaba bien, lo demás...es Cuba , todo es así. Ubicación excepcional. Desayuno bueno.
