ARTeHOTEL Calle2 Havana

This Hotel is a very special and beautiful place. Our room was called poesie and that describes how it feels like to stay there. We met wonderful persons, great people and everyone looked after us and organized everything so lovingly. We felt completely comfortable. We are very thankful, espacially Osvaldo was very very kind, he’s given us lots of helpfull advises, we enjoyed talking with him. Thank You!!!

I stayed here with friends for 6 days (a work conference) and it was incredible. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are lovely. Comfy pillows. Delicious breakfast. Great location, just a few blocks from the Malecon and a nice, safe neighborhood. The manager, Osvaldo, was incredibly helpful, cheerful and arranged anything we needed. He was so accommodating. 5 out of 5. I'd definitely come back here.

Havana was our last stop after four weeks touring central America. After five nights at this Boutique hotel, the headline for our stay is that this place has “a black belt in service”. From housekeeping, night porter to their daily manager Osvaldo we have seldom experienced service as they performed. It’s like visiting long lost very good friends or family.  My wife and I travel the world, and stay from 5 stars hotels, exclusive lodges to smaller boutique hotels, and ARTe Boutique Hotel easily reaches top 10! Unfortunately, we both caught a bug from one of our meals down Town Old Havana, but the way housekeeping and the night porter looked after us when needed wouldn’t have happened even at the best hotels. Osvaldo’s local knowledge and willingness from helping us with everything from local SIM card, local restaurants, finding the best drivers for us when sightseeing and making sure of our well-being was unique. Thank you!

Such a gorgeous spot that truely highlights and celebrates the richness of Cuban art and culture in all its forms! The whole team is truely wonderful and eager to share and make you feel well at home!! Will definitely be back!

ARTeHOTEL is an amazing boutique hotel in the Vedado part of Cuba. It has a couple of beautifully designed rooms, a lovely common space (lobby and dining room), as well as a fantastic rooftop terrace. They are very professional and amazingly helpful - Osvaldo, the hotel manager, took care of all my requests (exchange of money, organising trips, special dietary requests), along with two other team members: Denis and Antony. They are all super nice and welcoming, happy to tell you about Cuba and explain everything. It was a splendid experience!
