My last visit to the Marazul Hotel in February was wonderful. The entire hotel has improved a lot since the last visit a few months ago. I visited this hotel 1 year ago and it was good. Now it is horrible.Very bad service at the buffet,absolutely no attention from the waiters and to get glass of drink you must pay them otherwise no drink for you.They absolutely doesn't deserve any kind of tip for their horrible services,birds and cats in the restaurant area never know when the bird will poop over your head,24 hr bar is ok,reception is ok but arrogant people working there,rooms not very clean and many things falling appart and you must be careful not to break them,no water for night to the room only small plastic cup fora person.Food is also not good.Everything is worse than year ago and this time I recommend to stay away from this hotel
