風景很好，有海灘泳池。由於當地物資缺乏，普遍吃的很一般。酒店設施陳舊，但衞生安全還可以。但是前台服務特別差。

El peor hotel en el que me he quedado en la vida, sucio, mala alimentación y la peor atención. Si no les dan propina los tratan mal, internet por solo una hora, habitaciones viejas y horribles. Un asco en su totalidad, ni siquiera podíamos opinar porque no les importaba ni lo que uno diga, los ascensores son peligrosos, todo está mal. Mi peor experiencia en Cuba! Lo que ofrece es mentira!

No tiene higiene salen cucarachas en los baños los servicios son muy los atiende muy mal la comida es pésima no es nada comparado a las fotos el hotel le falta mantenimiento y la higiene es muy mala el Internet tiene un límite de 1 hora y la gente que es extranjera necesita siempre el Internet el hotel esta muy mal estado.

No es lo que se ofrece, mal servicio al cliente iniciando, internet limitado solo dos horas diarias. Las habitaciones terribles, huelen feo, viejas, con cucarachas y mala higiene. Mala infraestructura, viejo, deteriorado, los ascensores feos. La comida horrible, se nota que es cochino. La peor experiencia, que mal servicio!

La piscina se llena rápido si te gusta ve temprano, ir con buen tiempo para disfrutar del paseo en Catamaran y otras opciones incluidas en la reserva, caminar por la playa hasta llegar al hotel Memories

Hace unos meses viajé a cuba y me quedaría en este hotel, yo soy de México, leí reseñas en las que de verdad me imaginaba lo peor, estuve a punto de cancelar, cuando llegué al hotel esperaba lo peor, pero escribo esta reseña porque creo que el hotel está mal valorado, si bien es un hotel algo descuidado en infraestructura, del servicio me pareció bueno la gente toda pone de su parte por atenderte, el buffet no fue nada malo yo he comido en buenos restaurantes y creo que no está nada mal el del hotel, la cerveza de barril buenísima y el vino de mesa de calidad. Quizás la coctelería si le falta variedad pero no está nada mal comparado a las reseñas que escuché, es verdad está algo lejos de La habana vieja pero hay muchas opciones de moverte en taxis. Para mi un hotel que tiene reseñas muy malas y no está ta realmente como lo mencionan, cosas por mejorar pero un lugar para pasar unas vacaciones lindas en cuba

Mi última visita al Hotel Marazul en Febrero maravillosa. Todo el hotel ha mejorado mucho, desde la última visita hace unos meses. Nuevo personal, la chica Laura de Relaciones Públicas súper atenta y en función de los servicios del hotel. En la seguridad Gerardo y Antonio, entre otros, cuidando a todos. Y resto empleados muy bien, muy atentos TODOS. El Director Juan Carlos tambien. Volvería sin duda repetir porque éste hotel ha mejorado mucho aunque todavía le falta sobre todo mas variedad de comida. La limpieza buena, también ha mejorado. Y tambien le falta una sala con aire acondicionado para poder tomar algo. Cada vez que voy me gusta más, por eso repito.

I visited this hotel 1 year ago and it was good. Now it is horrible.Very bad service at the buffet,absolutely no attention from the waiters and to get glass of drink you must pay them otherwise no drink for you.They absolutely doesn't deserve any kind of tip for their horrible services,birds and cats in the restaurant area never know when the bird will poop over your head,24 hr bar is ok,reception is ok but arrogant people working there,rooms not very clean and many things falling appart and you must be careful not to break them,no water for night to the room only small plastic cup fora person.Food is also not good.Everything is worse than year ago and this time I recommend to stay away from this hotel
