地理位置極好，就在國會大廈邊上，凱賓斯基的對面。到哈瓦那老城等景點都很方便，邊上有商業街，門口就是出租車聚集點，出行也方便。早餐是美式煎蛋套餐，樣式不多但夠吃。房間設施也夠用。屋頂露台是亮點，可以看日出。

酒店有點老了，去的時候古巴經濟不大好，物資匱乏，酒店不提供水，提供的早餐也是勉強吃飽😭
酒店服務很好，整潔乾淨，房間沒有異味
酒店大堂不開空調，真的很熱啊….

Excelente servicio, música en vivo y marchas que salen en seguida. El personal es excepcional, no es primera ve, que los visito, y volvería siempre a pasar la noche aquí. Alejandro nos dió un excelente servicio. Inmejorable. Cerveza siempre fría!!!!!!

I was impressed. Everything was perfect: the location, service, food, room and environment. I felt great like a guest and the staff treated me like a queen. This hotel is national and historical monument. I felt so happy for staying in the oldest hotel of the city of a great importance for Cuban history

This is the oldest hotel in Havana. It has perfect location if you want to walk around Old Havana and discover its charm. Service here is great and food is delicious. The hotel staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Este hotel es de los más antiguos de la Habana (es de finales del siglo XIX). Según nos comentaron, desde su apertura, nunca cerró. Por ello, tiene mucha historia que contar. En muchas de sus habitaciones se hospedaron personajes tan famosos como W. Churchil. Puedes ver sus fotos al lado de las habitaciones. Los pasillos y el lobby son absolutamente espectaculares. Y su ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente de la Plaza Central, a 5 min. del Capitolio y a 10 - 15 del Malecón. El personal es muy agradable y detallsta, pero el recuerdo más bonito que nos llevamos es Mario - el pianista que nos deleitaba con su música durante los desayunos. El señor tiene el detalle de acercarse a tu mesa y preguntarte por tu pieza favorita de música y, le pidas la que le pidas, se la sabe. Pongo 4 estrellas en lugar de 5 por la falta de tapones en los lavabos. En la habitación inicial había un olor desagradable saliendo del baño y, de haber un tapón, se podría remediar, pero no lo había. Solicitamos cambio, pero en la nueva habitación tampoco había tapón :) Pero al menos no había ese olor. No sé cuán complicado sería poner tapones en los lavabos, pero para las personas que llevamos lentillas, esto es muy importante. Gracias

The hotel itself is a beautiful place and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately for us, they are the only good points. We had no hot water in our room for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast was totally bizarre, as one morning there was soup, green beans, lasagne and gravy under the cloches, obviously leftovers from dinner the night before. Sitting outside for a snack and beer, we were constantly pestered by beggars, with cats and dogs hanging around the table. We tried to order the sandwich shown on the menu, but they were unable to make one..why? Oh yes, you sit there breathing in exhaust fumes from the big American cars parked outside too. The last night, there were people screaming and shouting in the par opposite until 5am.
