Very satisfied.

Bad hotel, bad service, bad attention and bad location. I spent the first and last night in Havana, since I went to Cayo Santa María for 10 days. When I arrived the room is not comfortable. Horrible views...Breakfast is poor and bad. The coffee is not rich. The receptionists very bad attention. The first night there was no direct internet and the last night I had to pay to have wifi. The morning before I left I needed to buy the internet since I needed to connect with my family and the receptionists, the one who was leaving the shift did not want to sell me the internet and the one who arrived first told her partner everything she did over the weekend and told me they had waiting for them to sell me the connectivity service. Also, the receptionist got angry because I didn't bring the printed voucher. We are in the 21st century, in case you didn't know, disaster!!! At night, don't even think of leaving the hotel because the neighborhood is not safe at all, and it is not pleasant where the hotel is located. When I arrived on the last day, at 9:00 p.m., they didn't have a restaurant to eat, I had to go out to eat something. The temperature of the bathing water does not exceed 50°C, that is, you take a bath and you freeze to death. There is only one elevator and the one that is there is a mess.

The hotel lobby is very nice and pleasant with an excellent atmosphere. The breakfast staff is very charismatic and has very good service. In my opinion, I think that the only thing missing is a little entertainment at night. I would return!!!

Una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, excelente lugar y acogedor, el servicio para su estándar estuvo de maravillas. El personal de ama de llaves genial, al igual que los servicios gastronómicos. Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones.

El hotel no me pareció TAN MAL para el precio que pague (muy barato) PERO… la limpieza estuvo un poco floja y el personal del hotel de sexo masculino es muy acosador; te miran de arriba a abajo, diciéndote de todo, como si nunca jamás en su vida hubieran visto a una mujer. Son muy irrespetuosos. Una mujer que trabajaba en la zona del desayuno le pedía a mi abuela que le regale sus sandalias, y un hombre que trabaja en este hotel se aprovechó de la ignorancia de un adulto mayor y le vendió habanos falsificados.

The pool is filled with people from the street and no one uses it. In the bar, neither paying there is water, soft drinks or beer. They only have Rum and Whiskey. The area and the environment are very unpleasant. pure decadence

Personal incompetente , nos dieron una habitación con un baño sucio con pelos ... Etc etc. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron a otra que por suerte estaba mejor y limpia .... tuvimos de ir en el hotel de al lado para el desayuno siempre faltaba de todo , estuvimos más de dos días sin agua caliente , avisamos al personal varias veces ni nadie hacía caso , todo de excusas que no eran creíbles ..... Oh sea que un desastre. !!!!

Las habitaciones preciosas, confortables, todo nuevo. Las vistas de los pisos superiores son increíbles. El desayuno bien y la atención del personal magnífica. La piscina en el último piso es lo máximo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
