I made a reservation for 2 rooms, when in reality there is only 1 room available. We were 4 adults and 1 child. The person who answered us via phone arranged for another room nearby, we went to see it and there were no conditions. We have not been refunded the amount paid!!! We ended up staying in a hotel for 2 nights.
