Excellent customer experience, higher than expected compare with other Premier Inn in the area. Staff very welcoming, able to deal with any problems occurred, responsive as necessary. Car park is safe, Thyme restaurant met expectations. Many thanks to all staff, especially to Tony, he’ve been brilliant every single day.

Good sized room, with a big tv, a great shower and the aircon worked properly. Food is served in an open area off from the reception area but don't let that put you off. It was comfortable and relaxed. The food was excellent and properly cooked. Free car parking right outside the hotel and no noticeable traffic noise. Finally, all the staff were great, but it's a Premier Inn and great staff is normal.

One of the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. I spend a lot of time travelling with my job and this one stands out. Great customer service and rooms are spotless. Been here a week with the meal deal and for good honest food that serves the purpose it is great. Two members of staff who have been above and beyond are Tony who has been friendly and efficient no matter what time of day all week, and Gloria who was lovely tonight and up for a chat. Made me miss home a little bit less.. Thank you if I visit Portsmouth again I will make sure I stay here

I enjoyed a pleasant one night stay and was permitted a free coffee on departing. Unfortuanately check in was delayed by some simpleton workmen who appear to have found it amusing that they might have actually been booked in somewhere else on a different date! There are shops and fast food places just the other side of the rather main road.

Excellent value for money. Had a twin room and it was plenty big enough and very quiet despite being on a main road. The staff were friendly. Check in and out was very straightforward. Breakfast was pretty basic, but nice. Easy to park. I would recommend.

A good standard of hotel, exactly what you expect and in my experience what you usually get with Premier Inn, good standard of room, comfortable bed and overall good stay. Plenty of parking and good location, just annoying that some people don't park correctly and blocked the access path to the hotel.

Lovely to come to a PI that didnt need refurbishment and painting.Lot of the older ones are so tired need painting and new carpets .Thankgod we had a lovely young gentleman check us in instead of a screen that never works !!! The reason i didn't give a 5 star review as i do not like sealed window units .Find aircon un hygienic and after each guset the rooms should have a Fresh Air blow through ! As many premier inns corridors smell terrible

Staff so helpful and food amazing cant say anymore highly recommended. Had really nice time and best place stayed so far and been in many different places all week. These guys are great all round and dont normally review but deserve it so much

Room was like a sauna. Windows are fixed so no option to open for fresh air. A/C only pumped out more warm air. Had pre booked breakfast but upon going into the restaurant was told that only continental was available. Informed we could have a refund which would take 3-4 WEEKS to be actioned!!
