It was terrible stay. The resort was dirty. There is no in house resturant and no proper room service. For the price the resort is expensive. Better option is available is lower price. Please don't waste your money.

Excellent service and comfortable stay at hotel, but upon landing at hotel we found that the cottage which was card rated at inr 3500, cost us inr 4500 after mmtbestbuy discount of inr 972 and mm t black discount of inr 1800. Thus in effect the card rated at inr 3500 is sold by mm t at inr 5000. Talk about the customer care or facilitating travel, mm t gets back to you for every facility afforded. Thanks mmt, this probably was my last booking with you!

one of the best resorts in havelock. nice private beach🏝️also good hospitality. peaceful stay at pellicon. also the location of the property is ideal for sightseeing purposes. definitely recommended for stay in havelock.

The location is good but not well maintained. The outdoors were not well maintained. I stayed there for 3 days but nobody came to clean the room it was as it is for next 3 days. I paid 3888 approx per day but it was not worth than 1. 5k on higher side. There is no kitchen at the property. I asked for dinner and they said you have to order from some outside joint. The property is just average in terms of facilities and services. Also, you will not get mobile network. It works everywhere but once you enter the property no network. You have to depend on the property wifi only.

Unhygienic, poorly kept and ill ***aged hotel. Breakfast was not catered properly the first day and guests were told point blank its over! no explanation, no effort to make mends. That too a loo puri nothing extravagant. Leaking bathtub, non functional exhaust fan, farrata fan in the room and a very arrogant and rude owner were some of the problems we faced. There is no in house restaurant. It is away on the main road and google location has been marked incorrectly next to the restaurant. Worst is the way the owner treats his customers. As if he is giving the services for free. All the problems i have listed were not resolved in fact the owner is fighting with me to prove it. I dont want to prove anything. If you want to enjoy your vacation this place is a strict no from my side.

The property is very beautiful and cottages are made super luxury. Beautiful gardens and that too well maintained. Cleanness and hygiene were superb. Miss Shobha is a very friendly and helpful caretaker, staying there only and just a call away. Private beach was super beautiful with white sands. Early morning old Hindi songs with a special organic tea from miss Shobha was a great Kick starter for our day. Just loved the stay, every single penny paid was worthy.

Pros -location is good, property location is nice, they have private beach resort too, room was ok wash room was also ok. Cons- no service, hotel is operated by single you will get water in an hour, no food service, no restaurant, no room service, no security take care of your belongings on your own. Best part is only private beach
