I’ve stayed here for work a few times and have always enjoyed the hotel but as a family I wasn’t overly impressed this trip. I emailed to ask for a cot and when I arrived at the hotel to check in and pay, I found they charged for it. I’ve traveled extensively with my baby in multiple countries and have never been charged for one. Was more annoyed that they didn’t tell me there would be a charge when I emailed. The front desk also had someone follow me into the room to remove the booked one and could tell they weren’t impressed. Would have left it if I had known there was a charge when I booked.

Really nice hotel in Havelock North near the shops and bars. the beds were big and matress firm and comfortable. Secure parking underneath the hotel and the staff were really helpful. Also good use as a starting point to visit some of the wineries in the area.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and a desk to work from. Housekeeping and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Good laundry facilities. We very much enjoyed out stay here.
