Amazing in every way. Food,service staff, cleanliness. Just fab. the hotel can’t control the wait in male. Which ours was 4 hours. But as soon as you arrive in NH all that is forgotten.

The NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort is a piece of paradise on earth and offers everything you need for a first-class and relaxing vacation. The resort is beautifully landscaped and maintained, has diverse vegetation and a breathtaking, colorful house reef that invites you to spend hours snorkeling and diving. The villas are tastefully designed and furnished and very clean. The staff are incredibly welcoming and offer their guests excellent service. As a guest, I felt very welcome and cared for during my entire stay. My special thanks go to the guest relations manager Murooj, the attentive waiters Azeem, Xee, Dewi and Dada as well as the chef Pradeep, who spoils his guests with excellent and high-quality food every day with his team, to the room boy KD and to Shivaz, who takes care of the guests and their smooth transfer at the airport in Malé. I can absolutely and unreservedly recommend a stay at the NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort and would spend a vacation there again at any time.

This is the first time we been to maldives and I am so glad that chose this resort! The staff is sooooo nice the best service I have ever experienced. We tried the spa and it is so good! Thank you Grace and Tya! Staff in dive center is also very nice, I was a little bit sick after the boat trip, and everyone came to help me, I was so overwhelmed. But sorry I can't remember your name. Last but not least I want to give a big thanks to our villa host Jenna, you made our honeymoon trip perfect!☺️

First we would like to say that the destination is really beautiful and worth the fuss of getting there. The house reef is perfect and really easily accessible (especially from sunrise side of the island). The food is of good variety (if you take into account all the logistics that is needed to supply such a remote island) and everything is really tastefull. The staff are really doing all they can to make your stay special. We would especially like to compliment Mr. Pardeep (kitchen), Mr. Murooj (guest services) and Ms. Grace and Ms. Ayu (both spa). Also Mr. Ahmed and Eddie from dive center gave us an unforgettable private tip to some best locations on atol.

This is our first time to Maldives and the staff is soooo friendly, our villa host Jenna is a very nice girl and she always responds immediately. We also tried sunset fishing, dolphin quest, jet ski. Thank you ammeday for the guide and he is funny🤣. We tried spa and the girls were amazing Ayu and grace. Anyways it is a great trip, we will definitely come back again.

We stayed in a Water villa in April for 10 nights. The resort is tired and needs work doing to it. The wooden walkway leading to the water villas needs replacing in lot's of areas, it is very badly cracked and we had to watch where we walked. I am amazed that the buggies drive on it. I can see an accident waiting to happen. Our villa was ok, but again needs work, and the steps leading down from our villa into the sea were extremely dangerous. On our first day my Husband slipped down them as they were extremely slippery. We were very concerned as my Husband has had a knee replacement. We called Munjid our villa host who sent out maintenance. The steps were a bit better after a good clean, Unfortunately this did not stop me slipping down them even though i was extremely careful, badly bashing my back. I was very badly bruised but it took Munjid over 24hrs to ask how I was and did I need a Doctor? Maintenance was sent again and they added a grip to each step which made them better. The steps into the sea are very narrow and when they are slippery they are very dangerous. We were made to feel old by Munjid's response as he said the resort mainly has younger couples who jump into the sea. It was not all younger couples there and the age group varied. Whilst I understand that slime will build up on wooden steps in the sea water this can be sorted by regular through cleaning. We have stayed in the Maldives several times always in Water villas and never had this issue before. The food was dreadful. I have since seen others complaining about the food. Hot food was tepid at best and the cold food items left uncovered on the salad bar in extreme heat. The cheese went oily, salmon dried up, if you were lucky some ice was put on a tray underneath, but it was not topped up. Therefore the food was not served at the correct temperatures. At the end of service items were stored back in a fridge in the salad bar. We saw them clearing away. I was appalled. The egg station for breakfast was not good and for a chef to not be able to cook eggs properly say's it all. I asked for over easy and he was going to smash my egg to bits. The restaurant staff were very slow at keeping food items topped up, so if you came for dinner a little later than 7pm, you would be left with what there was left. Only the odd item replenished. My Brother in law decided to treat himself to a Lobster one evening. What a mistake, within 2hrs he was vomiting which continued throughout the night. There was a little freezer for 4 different ice creams for dessert. I do not believe it worked properly as the ice cream turned to milkshake. The AI was very petty. Coke and sprite included, but should you prefer or had to have diet Coke or Fanta it was charged at $9 usd for a small bottle. Ice cream included at mealtimes but should you want Ice cream in the afternoon it was chargeable at $12 usd Disgraceful and money grabbing. Very little evening entertainment so not a great deal to do.

Great care for each guest, from arrival to full service on the day of departure. Magnificent nature and a stunning coral reef. A big thank you to all crew members for their care and sensitivity.
