The hotel environment is very good and the service is good. It is far from the seaside and there is a car to pick up and drop off. The price is a bit expensive!

This hotel has a first-class location, the hotel is small, warm and comfortable, unlike other hotels around that are too big and noisy, Wailea Hotel is quiet and peaceful, especially Eric at the front desk, who is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home.

Hotel Wailea is our little slice of paradise where every year we spend a few days to fully recharging our batteries. This is a smaller boutique hotel set among the palm trees in upper Wailea. The hotel is adults only so it is a quiet luxurious hideaway. Don’t let the location phase you. All the beaches are easily accessible with the hotel car and the daily sunset views from your lanai are breathtaking.

Okay hotel with some problems. Location is fine, but the shuttles are unreliable and often have wait times. The pond behind our room was very dirty. I was also overcharged by 200 which required me calling the hotel.
On the positive, the restaurant was good and the room was pleasant. The pool area was nice too.
I'm not sure I would stay here again unless things improved.

From arrival to departure, this was the best experience I’ve had. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly, polite and super accommodating. At every opportunity, they went above and beyond all expectations, throwing in dozens of “little touches” that just made us feel welcomed and special. I can honestly say that I’ve never stayed anywhere better!

I love this hotel for 4 reasons. 1. It is not on the beach with 500k people wandering around, being loud and trashy. 2. it has the best views of all of Wailea because it's up on the hill above everything else. 3. the restaurants are excellent ( not just "The Restaurant". Yes, that's the name of one of them). 4. It is its own private enclave that is kinda quirky with good style. I could sit on my lanai all day long and watch the weather move across Molokini and the West Maui mountains. I stayed in the Celebration suite (I kind of wish there was a nicer/larger presidential, etc. suite, but I didn't see one available). It was well-appointed and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was strong, the internet was fast enough and stable enough to do some teams and Zoom calls and drinks at the restaurant, and the birdcage was done well. I have no real complaints.
