What a wonderful place to stay! Leanne the owner and her staff were amazing! Went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was memorable in every way! Food which was freshly made to order at start and end of day was fantastic! If your looking for a place to stay in Haworth in a very friendly, clean and happy environment look no further than the Old Registry! You won't be disappointed! Thanks again Leanne and best wishes to you and your staff 😃

Two night stay for two people for two nights with breakfast and added parking came to £150, good value for the area. A small guesthouse in the centre of Howarth decorated in a quirky traditional style. We had a attic room with a separate large bathtub and shower cubicle. Bed was comfy and there was a desk and chairs in the room, plus a small sofa in the bathroom. Views out over the High Street. The cooked Yorkshire Breakfast was amazing quality and very filling, not to be missed and better than most full size cafe breakfasts with some very high quality products served by friendly staff.

First impressions were not good- we arrived early and rang a phone number on the door, where we were told to return at check in time. On our return, the first thing said was “Have you driven? You’ll have to move your car and that will cost £3 a night” We were asked to pay upfront for the room and when we entered, the bed looked like someone had slept in it. I pulled back the lumpy duvet and saw that the sheets didn’t fit on the top or bottom and the duvet didn’t fit the cover. We returned to reception and politely asked for the bed to be changed or an alternative room to be given. We gave them half an hour to sort something and, on our return, were offered another room. This room was much smaller and had a double bed. On checking previous reviews and photos, we were surprised to read that there was a four poster bed in the room (there was not) and a working luxury jacuzzi bath (this did not work at all). The bathroom was spacious and full of character, but the toilet scared the life out of us every time it was flushed as it was a Maserating/Sanex toilet and made an horrific noise! Also, our room and bathroom fronted the cobbled street and the windows had absolutely no privacy from the accommodation across the narrow street, which meant we had to use the bathroom with the curtains closed and also keep the curtains closed when dressing or sitting in bed. The plusses for this property were the proximity to all the quaint attractions in Haworth and to an extremely good pub nearby, which served amazing food. Breakfast redeemed our stay. The service, food choices and conversation finally made us feel that we were welcome there.

Was concerned reading reviews after booking but it’s a lovely clean quirky place. I stayed in the pears room which was lovely and warm and spacious, nice bathroom. Great view from the window. Nice tasty breakfast and great service . Property well situated for all of Haworth’s gems .

We come and stay in Haworth 2/3 times a year as it’s our favourite place and we’ve always wanted to stay at the Old Registry as it always looks beautiful. We used to stay at their sister b&b No.11 Bistro and Rooms until it closed. As we loved it there we couldn’t wait to finally stay here. But what a disappointment! We’ve got to say it’s the worst place we’ve stayed at in Haworth. We checked in with the lady at the ‘reception’ in what only be described as a broom cupboard which wasn’t welcoming at all. We stayed in the Cupid room at the top of the hotel where on first glance it wasn’t too bad until we noticed the damp and the bathroom. There was damp on the wall next to the bed where I slept and the shower had mould inside it. When the drain cover was knocked off it was filthy inside. The water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low too. The breakfast wasn’t the best and could have been better if it was locally sourced ingredients. All in all the hotel seems run down which is sad to say and really does need some serious love injected into it then I’m sure it could be brought back to life again.

Very nice place to stay, we had the Pears room. It had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. Only slight negatives lots of stairs and if you are tall you would struggle on the window side of the room. Would love to stay again.

Must be the worst place I've stayed in haworth. Room was dated and cold. Bed was very small and pillows flat. Shower power was awful and not warm. Well breakfast what can I say , toast was served about 15 minutes before our food and was hard and cold. Breakfast was cold , no salt on table and wasn't asked if we wanted ketchup or anything. Half a black pudding ? and my husbands scrambled egg looked like itvwas taken from the bin. Service was appalling. Restaurant was also cold. Supposed to be staying two nights but checked out first night after awful breakfast.
