A great, clean, reasonably modern, comfortable motel which was very much appreciated after a long drive & yes it certainly did tick all the boxes including the helpful / friendly staff but still it was reasonably price. Very easy to recommend to others & I would stay there again.

Loved the spa and full size fridge. Bed comfortable and cool in bedroom with air con and tv. Great kitchen and lounge area.

From the friendly checkin to the availability of a washing machine and dryer there’s nothing to fault.
Lovely clean room, nice shower and comfortable bed and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
Our only negative would be the parking, although there’s a lot the uneducated who park other guests in was our only worry.
We knocked on the offenders door and
They moved but seemed totally oblivious to parking at the side of the room for them to park in.
If you’re in Hay I highly recommend staying here. There’s a restaurant onsite which we didn’t need as we have family in the town but we opt to stay here because the staff make the stay enjoyable

Had a very comfortable one night stay.. super super clean and recently renovated.. comfortable bed great bathroom and very friendly receptionist Highly recommended and if you’re looking for a great pub dinner within the walking distance go to South Hay hotell Highly recommended 😃
