This room was as advertised. We enjoyed our one night stay. Very friendly staff. We noticed the back door lock into the hotel was broken. No key needed to enter. Also ground floor window locks all unlocked. Hopefully they will address it. We did bring it to their attention. Just a feeling of poor security while traveling in unknown areas. Also this room was over priced for the condition.

Super Friendly staff, they made cookies every night and have a popcorn machine in the lobby. Room was clean and massive, even for a suite. Quite at night and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

It was in a good location. Not far from a lot of places. Rooms were very clean & all the staff were very nice & helpful. I will stay there again if I go Coeur d'Alene.
