London Hayes; Heathrow (Hyde Park) hotel

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.

This is one of the better hotels my family have stayed at. The hotel is clean and tidy and has very good size rooms and bathrooms. The staff at Premier Inn are wonderful, so helpful, polite and extremely friendly. There are many to mention, but in particular Enzio, Trudy and Lara who have made our stay really lovely. The disable wet room are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable The car park and free WiFi is an added bonus. The restaurant staff are amazing, very friendly and attentive, and always nice to talk to. The food and drink are very nice and tasty. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay 😊 and would always choose this hotel

The stay was great. Room size was good for a family room with plenty of space. Everything was spotless.

We were taken care of by Trudy Dhruti and she was very professional and she welcomed us well os we checked in. Room was clean and on checking out she was great.

A comfortable Premier Inn. The room is the standard premier inn design and is very comfortable. Being close to an Elizabeth Line station (Hayes & Harlinghton) is very handy for getting into central London in about 25mins. Our short stay was comfortable and the staff where all very friendly.

It took 45 minutes to check me in, due to an issue with their systems. This was in addition to wasted time on the phone and the following morning. I wouldn't have minded but they refused to provide a refund as apparently the goodnight guarantee doesn't cover this. I'm a regular Premier Inn customer but that also counts for nothing apparently. I couldn't even complete the online feedback form, as the booking reference number was deemed invalid

First point, the hotel entrance is on North Hyde Rd, not Millington Road which is where Premier Inn say it is. Our taxi driver bringing us from LHR, had never heard of it and took us to Millington Rd. The hotel is typical Premier Inn, the room clean and comfortable and considering we are close to LHR, very quiet. It’s attacked to a Beefeater eatery. It’s is reasonably priced and worth considering if you are travelling via LHR. The taxi fare was £30, but we easily saved that on airport hotel prices. It’s also a 7 min walk (or a 1 min bus journey on the U5, stop outside the hotel) to Hayes and Hartlington station which is on the Elizabeth Line into central London

It was easy to check in at this hotel, they had staff available and the rooms were clean better than i expected it to look. Hotel was in a good location right next to an Asda that is 24 hours on certain days. Overall this hotel is one of my favourite Premier Inns in-fact my favourite. Please don’t hesitate to book here!
