Ok the road construction is a mess. That is not the hotels fault so negative there but good grief Kansas your “new”round-a-bouts are way worse than Colorado and there’s are dreadful.
The hotel. Our room was very clean. Comfortable chairs. Bed was really comfy and that’s is a difficult one for me to like. Overall I loved my stay less the stupid construction.

This Best Western helped us have a very comfortable night in Kansas! A hot tub! Comfortable bed! Good close restaurants! Lovely room! Fairly quiet room! Good breakfast! Very good price! What more could you all for? Well worth the stop.

I usually stay at the Best Western. About five months ago I stayed at this hotel in Hays, and the jacuzzi (hot-tub) wasn't working. Six months later is still not working...
Can you advertise that on your website at least?
I have another overnight stay tomorrow, and of course will skip this hotel...

We have stayed here many times in the past and have always been very satisfied but this time we were not. The Hot tub and pool was not working. The breakfast was horrible, the espresso machine was broken and they got rid of the yogurt machine they used to have and the sausage was burnt. The room also was not very clean, we found stains on the comforter and hair in the bathroom.

Great pillow and comfortable beds! Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Felecia, Vanessa & Jill were SO nice and accommodating. All of the staff was wonderful from the maids to the breakfast kitchen. We had a wonderful time! Heated pool and hot tub! My only complaints would be the pool could use a little cleaning and I wish the shower temperature could go hotter. Thank you for a nice visit when I-70 was closed!
