10 star ⭐️ Everything was beautiful,clean,comfortable,The lake view out our window amazing! The private patio out our slider window was wonderful The breakfast delicious! The beds very comfortable! Peaceful & quite too. The lobby and it’s north woods furniture was inviting. I seriously can’t say enough if you have to travel to Hayward this is the place . I travel a lot I was pleasantly & happily surprised! Great job to this hotel chain

I've been to various Holidays Inn's across WI but this one in particular caught my eye due to it's outside structure, log cabin appearance. And the inside had the same style. It was beautiful! The room (king w/ added space) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool area was big. Property was picture perfect. Walking out to a lake. It was cold when I visited so I didn't get to enjoy the outside. Staff are courteous. I received a text ahead of check in, stating my room was available. Check in was less than 2 minutes. Also received a text just checking in on my stay. Check out was smooth, just used my phone, left keys in room. Already planning my 2nd stay for spring!

I travel a lot for work and was very impressed with this property. The staff waa friendly and responsive to requests. We used the sauna and gym and it was nice to have the right temp and working equipment . Rooms were quiet. The beds were better than home. The bar has been set!

We stopped in Hayward as we were traveling between MN and MI and it was a halfway point.
We expected a basic roadside hotel and were so pleasantly surprised at how upscale the hotel is. So clean, updated, new. So many great places to sit, read a book and look at the lake. It was relaxing and so comfortable.
Coming back a few days later, we actually booked another room at the last minute instead of driving through, back to MN. Got the same room, and had an equally wonderful stay.
