Nice hotel for the price only thing I didn't like is they never came in and cleaned the room while we was there but considering it was pandemic they where great

The staff were very nice but the hotel status was TERRIBLE. The show didn’t drain, the key cards kept not working (which made us then have to walk around to the front to get in instead of by where we parked), the bathroom doors were jank and didn’t even closed because they were diy fixed with a spring attached to the top of the door, there was also lots of water damage in the bathroom which just looked bad. Honestly, all in all not a great experience I would gladly spend the same amount of money or more anywhere else next time I come to St. Louis.

Unaware of cleaning deposit charge of $150 until we arrived. There was an unusual order throughout hotel. Door to room had nails exposed and locks inconsistently worked and unsecured. When asked to change rooms the hotel staff refused for no reason

Nice staff. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Stayed 4 days no housekeeper came to clean the room during my stay. I had to go to desk for towels and tissues. There was a lack of both in the room. Door had huge gap you could see inside the room and security latch was removed.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was great, just as clean and safe as a higher end hotel. Out of 5 stars I will give them a 5.. They have a list of places to eat at. The area that it is in is average with no issues. I felt just as safe here verses some higher end places

I have been stay same location before.. they r still update modeling their inside hotel rooms, due to remodeling part of hot meals so means no hot breakfast. They do provide “to go” still have some nice breakfast.. still overall good for few night.

This was one of the worst hotels that I stayed in. Not anything was done to adequately accommodate our stay. Had an ask for towels. Ran very low on toilet paper. Trash was never emptied. Bed sheet was too small for the bed, kept coming off. Worst experience of.
