This place is below average. A lot of flies.
The WiFi was very weak. The living quarter is metal box. That makes WiFi even worse.
There should be better place.

++ Bed comfort ++ Bed cleanliness + Refrigerator o Toilet OK, but clearly worn - not cozy in the container - very noisy, even from the outside - 25 min wait time for check-in - not much on the menu - ceiling partly open - only bedside lamp broken -- unhygienic, dirty curtains -- no hot water -- very rusty on all fittings -- shower head completely covered in limescale -- no water pressure We felt so uncomfortable that we skipped the second night and moved to a nearby hotel. Room made a very dirty overall impression. Unacceptable even for only around R700.

We stayed in 3 rooms which were good with comfortable beds. The problem with this accommodation lies in the lack of maintenance, with showers or ******s. And also the little control over the noise of other guests, on the two nights we stayed there was a barbecue with loud music until 2 in the morning and the other night there were fights until 3 in the morning.

We complained the whole time we were there about the broken shower and cold water the hosts seemed irritated about this.We herd to ask for a brain stand more than twice.The rooms were pleasantly clean every time we came back and location is close to the Kruger gate.

I stayed at this accomodation just for one night during a group trip in South Africa. The room is small but nice, with a private bathroom which seemed to be a bit old but it was clean. The shower is big, the wi-fi was low in our room and it was difficult to connect. We had a quite night and we slept well. We arrive during the load shedding but had no problem with electricity.

Stayed over 2 nights during a conference held at Kruger Park Lodge. Could not get into the property after the conference in spite of letting them know and arranging that we were going to be after dark. Sat in front of gate for very long time with no one in attendance. No electricity or hot water. No generator with loadshedding? Fumbled round in the dark by cell phone light. Very inhospitable overall and no trouble done to make guests feel welcome or to attend to them. Will definitely not recommend for anyone to stay.

There were protests on the road from the day before however, when I phoned head office they were totally unaware and didn't really give a damn to be honest as to what we did about it as we could not get to the resort. They advised us to go into the Kruger park and come out another gate. This would have been at our cost. I had a foreign visitor so to get into the park would have cost an extra R550.00.

Very neat and clean units. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient place to stay over when visiting KNP. The shop has all the basic items that a person needs. We will definitely be back for another SleepOver.

Safari trip with family to explore MP. Kruger National Park's Kruger Gate and Phabeni Gate was 10 minutes from Sleepover Kruger Gate. Convenient location to also explore the Panorama Route. Fantastic accommodation with air conditioning on all rooms. Clean and comfortable beds. The staff at Sleepover Kruger Gate was just amazing, from reception, the gentleman who brought our braai stand to the cleaning ladies.
