We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and previously loved it. We expected it to be the same and thought we had reserved a room in the Tuscany section where we have previously stayed. Upon arrival, when questioned, we were informed that that section had been sold to HIlton and that all the amenities associated with that section were not available to us ( upscale room, zaccuzi, pool, breakfast, lounge. with fire pits..). The only upside was the Hilton had a free wine tasting we could take part in,

I have enjoyed staying at this property often over the past several years, but I feel compelled to spell out in a review how incredibly irritating it is to be charged a "destination fee" for a room with cheap towels. On top of the egregious pet.fee I'm rethinking my options.

I arrived at 1430 hrs and was told to check into the room, which was ready, I would have to pay $40 extra or join the Best Western Club - what a scam. This hotel was $622 for 2 nights. No breakfast; they charge for parking and this hotel is not in a urban area - it's stand alone. The room was behind the stair well and so dark even with the lights on. At night there were shutters but closed the light from the walkway still entered the room. I didn't rate the service as I had no room service, my choice as the room was fine.

Like most BW they should have a breakfast. Was suprised that this location did not even have a cold breakfast option.
The used to have a very nice breakfast that saved you lots of time... Not anymore

The hotel is clean and updated. Our room was nice, and mostly comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin so we had to listen to the couple next door talk, watch a movie, and get up in the middle of the night to clear her throat for 10 minutes, at 3:30am. Ugh!
