Holiday Inn Express Heber City

Very comfortable room, quiet environment, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

And the manger said they don’t play music in that area. I expected the Hotel Stanley from the Shining. Double locked the the doors and stayed in! Very creepy I expected a kid to drive through the the hallway on a tricycle. Other than that it was very spacious.

Everything was great. The paint in the pool area was coming off the wall just needs a new paint job in there maybe like a teal or some type of waterproof paint so it doesn’t peel so easily when the humidity rises in the room.

Very clean, bed was comfy, Direct TV channels easily accessed, and the hot breakfast was great!

During our stay there was a large group of teenage boys who were wrestling, running, and pounding on doors. All adults “supervising” were drinking in the lobby. Was not a pleasant environment for anyone else there.

The place is very clean and nice. The room and bathroom was big. The bed was the best hotel bed that I’ve slept in! It was quiet and just felt comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to eat the breakfast.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Heber City for two nights in late January, 2024. It's a good location, with nice sized and clean rooms. Nothing fancy, but a decent looking place. I used the hotel hot tub on the first night of our stay. Twenty-four hours later I had developed a red, itchy rash on my legs that later spread to my waist and chest. I treated it with over the counter meds, but when it hadn't gone away after two weeks I went to a dermatologist who diagnosed it as a case of hot tub folliculitis, a bacterial infection resulting from using an improperly maintained hot tub. I contacted the hotel manager, explained the situation, and requested reimbursement for the cost of the dermatologist visit and the Rx he prescribed to treat the infection (total cost under $200). The Manager replied that she couldn't reimburse me but would provide me with claim filing information so I could contact their insurance carrier. Despite three additional contacts over the next 5 weeks I've never received claim filing information. Bottom line, a decent place to lay your head down, but beware the hot tub, and if you do have an issue, don't hold your breath about management being responsive in addressing it.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was on point. We even got taken care of by your GM Jennifer, she is amazing. You can tell by the way the hotel looks and how clean it is that all of her people care about what they do. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

This is the cleanest and most affordable hotel I have stayed at. The staff was amazing and very professional. Will definitely stay again!!!! It was conveniently located and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast had many options and the cleanliness was outstanding!!
