My wife and I were planning a visit to Heber Springs specifically to photograph the migratory trumpeter swans which winter nearby every winter.
For our purposes, the Abbé House Inn was ideal. The Old Mill room which we booked is large, comfortable and clean. The en-suite bathroom was consistent with the room.
The hosts are very congenial, helpful and very welcoming. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were delicious each day. We were offered a variety of choices each day so we got a variety. The omelettes are highly recommended.
The Inn would be a great location for a family reunion or something more intimate. We will be back!

Amazing service from wonderful people. Everything was clean and orderly. Will make it hard for me to stay at a name-brand hotel in the area ever again.

We arrived at Abbe House Inn in April 2024 and were greeted by our host. We were quickly checked in and shown to our lovely rooms. These room are so inviting and had anything we might need and more. Our host took us on a tour and we saw the beautiful grounds which were calling us to sit for a while. We were given a list of restaurants and we were off to a great start of our weekend. The next morning we were made a wonderful and delicious breakfast each meal prepared for us individually to our liking. It felt like home. We would highly recommend Abbe House Inn and we will be back for sure. This is a calm, beautiful environment where you can sit on the front porch and just take in all the beauty as you reconnect with nature. Truly a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price. The attention to detail was incredible. Thank you Abbe House Inn for being the most gracious of hosts.
