Empark Grand Hotel Beishang

I chose this hotel for my trip to Hefei with my brother, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room decor was luxurious, new, and spacious. They even upgraded our room type, which was a very pleasant surprise. A big thank you to the staff; this will definitely be my top choice for any future visits to Hefei. Hygiene: It was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and even the nooks and crannies were meticulously cleaned. Facilities: The amenities were comprehensive, including a hairdryer and a garment steamer. It also featured high-end smart devices like a smart toilet, which were convenient and practical to use. The room facilities were modern, equipped with comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the facilities met a five-star standard and catered to a variety of needs.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The front desk service was warm and polite, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and great for sleeping, so we rested exceptionally well. All the staff were very courteous and responsive, truly providing thoughtful and thorough service – a five-star standard!

Although there were some minor problems, the room was big enough for the price and the mattress was comfortable to sleep on. The facilities are also relatively new. The floor is relatively high, the breakfast is relatively simple, and the room lacks a sense of technology, but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Overall, it is still good.

Fast food downstairs is also very convenient. The coffee on the first floor is really amazing. I thought the complimentary coffee was just average, but after tasting it, I found that the coffee beans and production were very sophisticated, better than the average coffee shop.
