Book this hotel because of the location, very near Train station. Although it’s only take 15 min to walk there but with elderly n luggage, we took a taxi which only paid RMB20 to the station. Is only a one min ride. But the biggest asset for this hotel is their staffs. One of them is 芹晴，she’s very helpful, answer all my queries. But the most helpful is 繁锦，she did me a big favour. As a foreigner, she helped me to order supper when we arrived late. She also helped me to register the membership. She’s very patient n professional , thank you Atour for everything.

Special thumbs up to the lady in charge of the front desk who wears square glasses. Her service is very enthusiastic, she has a sweet smile and she is very patient. It is definitely a first-class five-star service. The room configuration is very complete, especially the water from the shower head is very dense, and the bath is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe it's bad luck. There is a young couple next door who often make loud noises in the middle of the night. But the price is definitely great value. We can’t be too picky. This hotel also supports luggage storage, which is very convenient. It is also very close to Hefei South Station and Gong Street. I will definitely visit again next time! ! ! (The first flower photo is for the lady at the front desk. Your smile is very contagious. I wish you stay in a good mood)

First of all, the staff was very enthusiastic. We were stuck in traffic on the highway during the May Day holiday. We arrived at 2 a.m. on the 1st. The staff received us very warmly and asked us to go back to the room and rest. The hotel breakfast was also good, with the standard of a star hotel. The barbecue set meal provided by the hotel is worth mentioning, the meat is great! I strongly request the hotel leaders to praise this staff member!!!

In order to watch VAC, the hotel is just opposite Luogang Park, which is very convenient to walk to. There are many places to visit and eat. The hotel is very new, and all the facilities are very new. It is quite satisfactory for watching performances, but the surrounding area has not been developed yet, there are no other shops, and takeaways are far away. Check-in was very fast, at most 1 minute, and the front desk lady thoughtfully prepared souvenirs, a small bag of fruit and a box of macarons. The next morning, I caught the high-speed rail and had breakfast at the hotel. There were not many styles, but they were few and fine. The noodles were added by myself, and the beef was very solid. Overall, I was very satisfied and would come again if I had a chance!

The hotel 🏨 was newly built last year. The room has an intelligent system, which is great. It is the best among several hotels in the park. The bedding in the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. Welcome fruit was given upon check-in. Since I arrived in the morning, I called to consult and found out that I could check in in the morning and put my luggage in the room, and then I could play easily. This store is definitely a treasure boutique in Hefei. The design of the guest rooms is not as rigid as an express hotel, nor is it as messy as a B&B. The floor is on the 16th floor, and the view is very good. You can see the old airport in Luogang Park at a glance. There are various restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient after work. All aspects of hygiene are also done well, and the bedding is clean, which is reassuring. Nice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.
