父親退休了，讓我陪他回原來工作的地方看看，他原來就是鶴礦的職工，所以我專門訂了鶴礦賓館。賓館環境很好，服務也非常周到細緻，我説怕洗澡冷，服務人員專門送來了空調遙控器，非常感謝工作人員的照顧！另外自助早餐也很豐富，推薦給大家都去感受一下！

新裝修的房間，乾淨衞生。床品也是全新的。這幾天正趕上降温下雪，房間很暖和。服務人員特別細心，我愛人糖尿病，胰島素針放前台保存，大堂經理總是細心提醒。

當初預訂的時候，看到酒店很有歷史，原來還擔心設施是否過於老化，也顧慮國企系統的服務水準是否親切。但是入住以後發現設備維護很好，各個服務員態度積極親切，早餐非常豐盛，大力推薦。
