The air conditioner doesn't work and the air conditioner is not big enough. The washing machine is quite good but a bit old.

The ladies at the reception were super lovely and helpful.
Apartment was amazing.
Next time l will request a higher level as traffic was very noisy.

The staff is very nice, I called to confirm it early on the day of check-in. When we checked in, because we had two children, we also upgraded the large suite for free. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a small commercial center in several suburbs nearby. There is a small commercial street, but there are also shops that should be available, which is very convenient in Australia. There is a railway station in front of Mercy Hospital not far away, and the traffic is pretty good. To say that the fly in the ointment may be that the Wi-Fi network speed is not good and the number of connected devices is limited. Good place to stay, bit of walk down to the shops but no big deal. All modern and comfortable. Only one gripe (and i'm being picky) is that there is lamp on the LH bedside but no way to plug it or a phone charger in.

Went for surgery at the austin and so wanted accommodation close the check in staff where amazing the room was lovely couldnt fault the experience at all!
