The room was clean and spacious, but the parking fee of 15 euros was unreasonable. The waiter did not remind me to pay the parking fee when checking out, so I was stopped at the exit and ran back to the front desk to pay the parking fee.

Gute Lage für Termine in Heilbronn, direkt im „Bankendreieck“ und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Gute Zimmer mit allem, was der Geschäftsreisende braucht. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Hatte nunmehr meinen dritten Aufenthalt im Parkhotel und werde es für meinen nächsten Heilbronn-Besuch wieder buchen. Die machen ohne „viel Tam-Tam“ alles richtig.

Ein Hotel wo ich bisher sehr zufrieden war. Das hat sich jetzt verändert. Kein Zimmersegvice am ersten Tag. Ungemachte Betten, volle Mülleimer, schuzige Tassen, keine frischen Handtücher usw. Erst auf bitten hin, wurde das abends nachgeholt. Am kommenden Tag, wieder keine frischen Handtücher. Ich sagte an der Rezeption Bescheid und man sagte, dass man dies nachholt. Wieder nicht erledigt. Man bestand aber einen Tag vor Abreise auf das begleichen der Rechnung, angeblich weil keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt war, obwohl ich bereits mehrmals Kunde des Hauses war. Ich sage trotz der guten Lage, der schönen Zimmer und des reichhaltigen Frühstücks, nie wieder. Mir fehlt es da eindeutig der Respekt
