Die Zimmer in Hotel waren schon nicht sauber als wir angekommen sind, außer das Bett das war sauber.
Der Boden wurde so geputzt als hätte der der Raum keine Ecken. Unterm Bett lag noch der Sand von letztem Jahr. Der Heizkörper in Bad war auch nicht sauber. Der Balkon war genau über einer Müllmulde und auch sehr sehr schmutzig. Als ich mich dann beschwerte sagte mir die Dame an der Rezeption Wir putzen nur wenn es nötig ist.
Was Positives das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Erg fijn hotel met heerlijke ruime kamers en fijne bedden. Diner en ontbijt zijn gewoon goed dus zeker een aanrader” wil je tot rust komen kom hier heen de omgeving is erg mooi en veel weiland voor het hotel

Parecia ser apenas um hotel de beira de estrada. Mas o Fletcher Heiloo surpreendeu em todos os sentidos. Desde o apartamento amplo, muito confortável e silencioso, até o restaurente que ofereceu um jantar de alta qualidade (fiz pessoalmente um elogio à chef de cozinha), até o café da manhã; um dos melhores e mais completos de toda a viagem.

Geboekt als verzetje tijdens Corona nu weer iets meer mag. Heiloo is ideaal gelegen voor dagtochten met de fiets. Hotel geeft ook fietsroute suggesties hetgeen erg handig is. Hotel zelf is zeer middelmatig. "Deluxe tweepersoonskamer" heeft geen koelkastje, oud klein bad met douchestang in het bad gemonteerd. Handdoeken zijn klein en oud. Enige tafel op de kamer heeft een triplex blad dat barst van de gaten. Doordat ook airco ontbreekt zal het 's-zomers erg warm zijn op de kleine kamer. Hotel heeft achterstallig onderhoud: kozijn op terras is weliswaar geverfd maar verrot. Keuken heeft moeite om een eenvoudig 3-gangen diner in een uur op te dienen, ondanks het feit dat er nauwelijks gasten zijn. Personeel wel vriendelijk.

Kamers zijn ruim evenals de badkamer. Toilet liep lichtjes door en de kamerdeur had een haperend slot. Men kan er mee leven maar toch even gemeld bij de receptie. Het eten was goed evenals het ontbijt.
