The hygiene, service, decor, software and hardware facilities, and toiletries were all excellent 👍. Plus, the free pick-up service was a nice touch. I think they've really put a lot of effort into doing things well. Now, about breakfast. There weren't many vegetable options to begin with, but this morning, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 AM and most of the stir-fries were already gone. A staff member walked by the congee section at least three times. I waited 30 minutes, and it was almost 10:00 AM, but no one refilled the dishes. At least when it comes to vegetables, they could offer more. I understand they might be trying to control costs and avoid waste if there aren't many guests, but it wouldn't hurt to add one or two more vegetable dishes, or at least proactively ask guests if they'd like more. I don't think that's unreasonable. I hope the hotel's business flourishes. Regarding breakfast, they could learn from some smaller, well-run B&Bs and chain hotels to improve in this area without causing waste. Since the hotel is ranked as a high-end establishment on various platforms, it should really live up to that name.

I was here for a trip, and the hotel is only a four to five-minute walk from the border crossing. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with spacious rooms and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. All the facilities are very new and complete. Parking is easy, and they even gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. I highly recommend this hotel; its high level of comfort truly enhanced our trip.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Good. The beds at this hotel are quite good, and the interior facilities are excellent. It's a bit far from places to eat, but taxis are very affordable in Hekou. Highly recommended.

We stay here every time we cross into Vietnam. It’s reasonably priced, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is decent. It was much better in previous years but that’s to be expected. Less tourists go there these days post Covid.

Great location, right in the heart of the main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, so no need for taxis. The hotel seems to be an older property that's been renovated, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' vibe, but the value for money is still pretty good. You can see the Sino-Vietnamese Railway Bridge directly across the street when you step out.

The parking lot is large and you can wash your car for free. The Vietnamese workers are very dedicated and careful. The room is comfortable, the price is very good, and the boss is kind and lovely. It is worth recommending and can stay for a long time.

Service was good, thank you. However i had to mention rooms issues. First room i had to change because it was noisy tap leaking in the bathroom but in the second room situation was the same. There is no elevator so if you have luggage it’s not so comfortable.

Everything is OK, clean, and it is in the center of Hekou City. There are various noodle shops nearby. The bed is very soft, you can watch TV, and the air conditioner is working normally. Come and stay.

The room is nice. The hotel has its own parking lot. It is very close to the port and there are many restaurants nearby.

The service is good, but the environment and facilities are not so good, and the hygiene is not so good! Although I booked a special offer room, I hope this can help readers in need to avoid pitfalls!
